ПРОФЕСІЙНІ ХВОРОБИ РУК МУЗИКАНТІВ: ОДВІЧНА ПРОБЛЕМА

Анотація

Мета статті – вивчення закономірностей розвитку міждисциплінарної взаємодії при вирішенні проблеми професійних захворювань рук музикантів протягом всієї історії. Методологія дослідження ґрунтується на історичному, джерелознавчому й аналітичному методах. Для досягнення цілі було проведено аналіз джерел, що містять дані про причини, механизми розвитку, клінічні ознаки, методи лікування й профілактики травм перенапруги в музикантів. Пошук джерел проводився без обмеження часу в електронних архівах, репозитаріях та журналах, що індексуються у наукометричних базах Scopus, WoS, MedLine та PubMed. Наукова новизна. На підставі проведеного аналізу вперше були визначені три періоди в історії співпраці представників медицини та музичної педагогіки. Також вперше було систематизовано обгрунтування розподілу участі медичних і музичних фахівців  у лікуванні та профілактиці професійних захворювань рук музікантів.  Висновки. Встановлено зміст та сутність кожного з трьох періодів історії проблеми травм перенапругі музикантів. Перший період (до кінця XVIII століття) характеризувався відсутністю інтересу до проблеми з боку медицини. Однак досвід, накопичений викладачами провідних фортепіанних та скрипкових шкіл, дозволив означити основні причинні фактори (неергономічна виконавська техніка) й розробити загальні принципи профілактики. Другий період (з кінця XVIII до кінця ХХ ст.): формування основ міждисциплінарної взаємодії. У цей час музичні педагоги активно використовують базові медичні науки (анатомію і фізіологію) в удосконаленні ергономіки виконавства, як основи профілактики професійної патології музикантів. Представники наукової і практичної медицини активно вивчають патогенез й симптоматику травм перенапруги у музикантів, а також накопичують досвід застосування наявних у розпорядженні терапевтичних засобів (масаж, електротерапія, фізичні вправи). Третій період (з кінця ХХ століття до наших днів) характеризується активним розвитком міждисциплінарної взаємодії, підсумком якої стало реорганізація системи музічної освіти (включення в освітні програми дисциплини «основи здоров’я музиканта»), створення центрів міждисциплінарних наукових досліджень та спеціалізованих реабілітаційних центрів для музикантів з професійними захворюваннями в країнах Європейського Союзу та США.
